Growing up in a small village in Haryana, Dr. Bhardwaj's early experiences instilled in him a profound respect for the land, its culture, and its people. This sense of belonging and pride in his heritage has been a constant source of inspiration throughout his life.

Dr. Bhardwaj’s 35-year career in the Haryana Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department was driven by his commitment to improving the lives of India’s rural population. His work was not just about fulfilling professional responsibilities but about contributing to the nation's development at the grassroots level. He understood that the strength of a nation lies in the prosperity and well-being of its people, especially those in rural and agricultural sectors.

As a member of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Panchkula from July 2016 to July 2019, Dr. Bhardwaj played a vital role in ensuring that government recruitment processes were fair and equitable. His focus was always on providing opportunities to deserving candidates, with a special emphasis on supporting those from underprivileged backgrounds. For Dr. Bhardwaj, patriotism meant creating a system where every citizen had the chance to contribute to and benefit from the nation’s progress.

His involvement in the Mahrishi Dadhichi Paramarth Trust is another testament to his patriotic spirit. Through the Trust, Dr. Bhardwaj has worked to preserve and promote Indian culture, spirituality, and values.
