Dr. Harsh Mohan Bhardwaj, affectionately known as Hunna Mal Bhardwaj, is a dedicated public servant, a devout nationalist, and a spiritual guide whose life story is a testament to hard work, humility, and unwavering commitment to his roots. Born into a humble farming family in the small village of Bheri Akbarpur in the Hisar district of Haryana, Dr. Bhardwaj's journey from modest beginnings to holding significant government positions is inspiring. Despite the challenges of growing up in a poor family, he pursued education and professional development with determination, ultimately leading to a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in the Haryana Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department. Dr. Bhardwaj's work in the government sector is marked by his dedication to improving the livelihoods of rural communities, particularly small farmers like those he grew up with. As a Retired Deputy Director of Haryana Animal Husbandry & Dairying, he played a crucial role in developing policies and programs that have positively impacted the agricultural and dairy sectors in Haryana. From July 2016 to July 2019, Dr. Bhardwaj served as a member of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Panchkula, where he brought his vast experience and deep understanding of rural issues to the fore. His tenure at HSSC was marked by a commitment to fairness, transparency, and the upliftment of marginalized communities.

He founded the Mahrishi Dadhichi Paramarth Trust, where he served as Managing Director from May 2015 to July 2024. Under his leadership, the Trust has focused on promoting spiritual awareness, community service, and the preservation of Indian cultural values.
Dr. Bhardwaj's life and work are guided by his strong sense of spirituality, patriotism, and connection to his roots. He believes in giving back to the community and staying grounded, no matter how far one goes in life.
